How to be healthy part-1(Body)
As I promised in previous post, here I came up with another post on how to live a healthy life. So let’s start it. In living a healthy life first of all you should understand it is not a one day work nor it will take 2-3 years to achieve it instead it is a daily work, you have to live each and every day like that as it is a never-ending journey. So according to me there are 3 thing you should consider first is body, second is mind and third is soul. As all are long topics so I will talk only about body in this post and will speak about others in next post next Sunday. Here you just have to take care of two thing and everybody knows this they are workout and diet.
