How to be healthy part-2(Mind)

 This is part 2 on how to live a healthy life, in part 1 I told you about body if you want to can read it, now here in part 2 we will talk about mind, how to keep mind active and healthy and at its high function all the time. So according to me there are same two thing we should keep in mind one is diet and other is exercise. Here diet doesn’t means what you eat with your mouth but it means what you feed in your mind. And of course here exercise means mental work. So let us talk it in detail You become what you think and you think what you see, so it is necessary to see only good things means feed positivity only.
