How to be healthy part-2(Mind)

 This is part 2 on how to live a healthy life, in part 1 I told you about body if you want to can read it, now here in part 2 we will talk about mind, how to keep mind active and healthy and at its high function all the time. So according to me there are same two thing we should keep in mind one is diet and other is exercise. Here diet doesn’t means what you eat with your mouth but it means what you feed in your mind. And of course here exercise means mental work. So let us talk it in detail

You become what you think and you think what you see, so it is necessary to see only good things means feed positivity only. That can be done in following ways:-

·        First of all surround yourself with positive people, it will change your prospective towards life.
·        Next is use internet wisely it means you always have option to follow and connect to good mentor if you wish. So do that.
·        Cut out negativities from life here I am not telling that stop talking to some negative person, I am telling maintain some distance by not sharing every little things to him/her, and not asking his/her opinion on important things in your life, and many more like this.
·        Restrict negativities from internet, like unsubscribe to things which are not useful to you, if you can’t then use less time (like 15-20 mins only per week). It would be hard but believe me it will be worth.
·        Read books here I am not telling about love stories or novels, read self-help books which help you to polish your skills or intellect or thinking, this will be boring but make a habit of it, read just 10 min or 1 page par day at start after you can increase your target till 1 book per month.
·        Manage anger: - Don’t waste your energy on foolish thing like this, you don’t know but it is damaging more than you think.

 

If you don’t exercise your brain you will start to lose its tremendous power. Exercising a brain can be done but making that brain active whole time, it can be done in following ways:-

·         Change the way you do usual routine things, like someday brushing your teeth with opposite hand, and there are many more.
·        Do solve some puzzle on social media it will make your brain active.You can count how many bite you take while eating or can count no. of chews you make while eating.
·        Spend some time everyday just on learning new skills, let it be just 15-20 mins only but it will make you more active.
·        Reading some article and giving its summary to friends or family is also a good way to make mind active.
·        Writing poems/songs/shayaris, playing with rhyming words is the best you can do.
·        Learning new language is the very tough you can do that 10-15 mins daily.
·        Give some time to yourself and your thoughts.
·        Revise learned things once in every week or in every month it will require huge effort on mind, hence it will make it sharper.
·        Do work active mindedly or just don’t do it.
·        Stop doing dumb work like copy pasting college assignments blindly, just read it out while writing.
·        Stop doing multitasking, out brain is not made for that it will be just waste of time.

After doing all this you will realize that you are little bit more motivated, more productive, more focused, ultimately you will come to know that you are at right direction. Small small steps daily will only make a huge difference in life start inculcating good habits in life. You are the jockey of your life lead it better. All the best.
