How to be healthy Part-3(Soul)
This is part 3 on how to live a healthy
life, in part 1 I told you about body if you want to can read it, in part 2 I
told you about mind you can read it also, in this part I will tell you to how
to have a healthy soul. What? How soul can be healthy or not healthy, you are
right but practicing things which I will tell in this blog, will make your
understanding about soul, life, motive to live better, in short by this your
spiritual aspect towards life will get better. I am no expert spiritual guide
but I started my path on this and I can help you to start on your own.
So first thing is you have to start
observing your thoughts, how it is done ?, you have to meditate to focus your
concentration on one thing practice this 1-2 week and then do it on your
thoughts. Categorize thoughts observe which kind of thoughts are coming to you
make a list or table.
Then try to see from others perspective at
same situation this will help you broaden our vision too; this will also help
you to understand people and their situation. Look ideas and thoughts come in
our mind is based upon data we have in our mind but choices we make is done by
our soul only, so we have to understand this thing and start work on it.
Try to start having sattvic food means eat
freshly cooked food within 3 hrs. avoid stored food or packaged food items and
nonveg too. Use less spices or preservatives. This will slowly improve your habit
mind and health and ultimately soul too.
Start having healthy life style like waking
up early in morning and sleeping also early try to live a natural life at least
once in a week spend some time with nature go on holiday it will freshen up
your mind. Always see sunrise with your own eyes it will start your day with
immense energy and positivity which is a good thing.
You should have a clear picture of what to
do and what not to do so stop wasting time in things which is is your not list,
this will save your energy also, control yourself also and you will start to notice
little good things happening in your life.
My main motive is to help others in doing
things which was tough for me initially, so soon I will post many blogs on many
life health and good habits related blogs, you can follow me for that.
